About this event
Attention birders! Have you ever wanted the opportunity to improve your gull identification skills? Look no further than the Eagle Creek Ornithology Centers gull ID workshop! We will learn all about the 11 annually occurring gull species (plus all of the rare gulls that have shown up in the state), going through how to identify each, and their life histories. Gulls no longer have to be intimidating! Join Eagle Creek Ornithology Center naturalist, Aidan Rominger on Sunday, November 22nd from 11:00-1:00pm where he will teach how to properly identify gulls, as well as other useful tips that will make identifying these challenging birds a breeze! The first half of the class will be held inside in the Eagle Creek OC classroom. The second half we will hike out to the mudflats. For ages 12 and up. Cost for adults is $6 and youth participants are FREE. Please register both adults and youth. Park admission included!
