4 sessions, Thursdays 6–7 PM, Oct 29 – Nov 19. Learn a wide range of self-defense options to a variety of physical movements. These classes are great for the entire family at a very low price. A fee of $36 per person, or a family fee of $69 for any family with two or more participants. Instructor provided by Sanchin Systems. (Parents must stay for students 8 years old).
