7 sessions, Tuesdays 10:30–11:15 AM, Sep 1 – Dec 15. Join our wonderful instructor Kandi every 1st & 3rd Tuesday, from 10:30am-11:15am, for a playful, sensory-rich experience blending gentle stretching, sound exploration, and mindful activities. Toddlers and their grown up are guided through movement, breath, and creativity in a safe, joyful space. Designed to nurture focus, calm, and self-expression.Pre-register for a block of classes to receive a reduced rate.You are also able to drop in for individual sessions at $5 each class.
