DESCRIPTION:This is a free class. A flow class is an hour-long class where 
 the teacher leads the whole time\, and you all get to follow and get in th
 e zone. No technique\, no instruction\, no correction\, no drilling\, just
  dancing! You're responsible for your own dance experience so please arriv
 e warmed-up and ready to go. We'll take breaks for water\, but you're enco
 uraged to duck out\, rest\, stretch\, and hydrate whenever your body says 
 so. While we're mostly concentrate on Level 1 and Level 2 moves in this cl
 ass\, be prepared in case a cue you don't know pops up\, in which case jus
 t monkey-see-monkey-do your way through until you recognize a move again (
 kinda like Zumba). Experience with FCBD style dancing is a plus\, but anyo
 ne can come to this class and enjoy the ride. Jeana Jorgensen is a certifi
 ed teacher of Fat Chance Belly Dance\, meaning that she has completed the 
 General Skills and Teacher Training workshops and is thus proficient in FC
 BD Style/ATS. Jeana has been belly dancing since 1998\, and she has been p
 racticing ATS since 2002. She directs the troupe Indy Swords & Shimmies (f
 ormerly Indy Tribal)\, the premier ATS troupe in the Indianapolis area\, a
